1966 MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE
A San Jose California built example this car has spent its life in Texas, where it was the recipient of a complete and total mechanical , interior and exterior refurbishment.
Equipped with the original 289 V8, and a four barrel carburetor, with an automatic transmission , both power steering and power brakes. This is an excellent running and performing example, an ease and treat drive, equally as comfortable at highway speeds or boulevard cruising.
Excellent high quality refinish in Fords Signal Flare Red with painted GT Lower Rocker Stripes in white. Equipped with many GT features including, Grill bar driving lights, Stripes, Deluxe Pony Palomino interior in excellent condition, Faux Wood Steering Wheel, Gauge cluster Rally Pack with Clock and Tach, Rear lower valance with trumpet exhaust ports and rear GT fuel cap.
Fully restored back in Texas previous to 2008, a full restoration with floor pans refinished in body colour and still shows exceptional today, A Black German Hartz cloth Top was fitted that shows as new today. The power top works with ease. Being a South Central State this example is equipped with factory correct under dash Air conditioning with an upgraded AC compressor she blows ICE COLD.
All the Brite work on this Mustang is in show quality, Proper Mustang Chrome Styled Steel wheels with Trim Rings correct centres and wrapped with Double Line Red Line Radials.
This is a High Quality Example that is stunning in appearance and equally is the pleasing experience of Cruising Top Down in this Iconic Americana.
